Your export is processed on your device. Raw exports, messages and match details are not uploaded.

Only the first name, score summary, coverage and consented contact information are submitted. Name and phone are encrypted and visible privately to the organizer. Email and activity comparisons are protected matching signals used to flag possible duplicates. Contact details never appear on the leaderboard.

Scores remain unverified. Valid activity uploads in the owner test appear automatically. Matching updates replace earlier scores without stacking points. Unsupported or conflicting exports are rejected with an explanation; profile bonuses are not inferred from activity data.

Withdrawal removes a score from the leaderboard but retains its record. Stored submissions and optional private contact information are kept indefinitely until the organizer manually deletes them. There is no automatic deletion deadline. Withdrawal hides a score but does not delete its stored record. Provider backup retention and deletion timing have not been verified. The information page is public. Participant uploads are not open; owner tools and test records remain private.

In the owner-only automatic test, a one-way account identifier is calculated locally from a single export email or phone and protected again on the server. The raw contact is not sent by this automatic step. This keeps updates separate without matching first names. Export data is not proof of account ownership or authenticity; public member intake remains closed.
